  • Fri. 01/07/11 ANIMAL VISITATION DAY with several of our Intermediate/Advanced trained, special therapy dogs at Children's Hospital (CNMC), Washington, DC, as part of the Volunteer Services: "Animal Visitation Program".
  • Fri. 01/14/11 ANIMAL VISITATION DAY with several of our Intermediate/Advanced trained, special therapy dogs at Hospital for Sick Children, Washington, DC, as part of the Volunteer Services: "Animal Visitation Program".
  • Mon.01/17/11 DEMO and SHOW featuring the Greenbelt Dog Training Special Therapy Dogs. Our Intermediate/Advanced trained students and their special therapy dogs will entertain adults and staff at the Holy Cross Hospital Senior Center, Silver Spring, MD and demonstrate agility, obedience, fancy dog dancing and special fun tricks.

  • Fri. 02/04/11 ANIMAL VISITATION DAY with several of our Intermediate/Advanced trained, special therapy dogs at Children's Hospital (CNMC), Washington, DC, as part of the Volunteer Services: "Animal Visitation Program".
  • Date to be announced DEMO & SHOW, Frances Fuchs Head Start and Special Education Center, in Beltsville. The demo featured agility and obedience demonstrations, our canine dancing group, the "ScentSations" and super dog tricks.
  • Fri. 02/18/11 ANIMAL VISITATION DAY with several of our Intermediate/Advanced trained, special therapy dogs at Children's Hospital (CNMC), Washington, DC, as part of the Volunteer Services: "Animal Visitation Program".
  • Fri. 02/25/11 ANIMAL VISITATION DAY with several of our Intermediate/Advanced trained, special therapy dogs at the Hospital for Sick Children in Washington, DC.
  • Sun. 02/27/11 JUDGING ASSIGNMENT, AKC Canine Good Citizen Tests at Canine Training Association (CTA) in Beltsville, Maryland, sponsored by the Canine Training Association. ALLIE LEE was one of the AKC Canine Good Citizen Certified Judges.
  • Thurs 03/03/11 DEMO & SHOW, Riderwood Retirement Community, Silver Spring, MD.  Our Intermediate/Advanced trained students and their special therapy dogs entertained children and adults by demonstrating agility, obedience, our canine dancing group the "ScentSations", super dog tricks, and flyball.

  • Sun. 03/13/11 PARADE, "The Nation's St. Patrick's Day Parade," on Constitution Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C.  The dogs enjoyed doing tricks and dance routines as time allowed along the parade route and we gave a special performance in front of the grand stand.

  • Date to be announced AKC CGC Test, Photos, and Micro-Chip Clinic; BENEFIT EVENT for Greenbelt Vol. Fire Dept. 125 Crescent Rd., Greenbelt, Maryland. Click here for a description of the CGC Test: Canine Good Citizen (AKC test).  The Test itself takes about 15 minutes.
  • Fri. 04/22/11 ANIMAL VISITATION DAY with several of our Intermediate/Advanced trained, special therapy dogs at the Hospital for Sick Children in Washington, DC.
  • Sat. 04/23/11 PARADE, City of Hyattsville celebrates its 125 Anniversary Parade and Festival in Hyattsville, Maryland. The dogs enjoyed doing tricks and dance routines as time allowed along the parade route and we gave a special performance in front of the grand stand.
  • Sat. 04/30/11:  PARADE, Berwyn Heights Day Celebration Parade in Berwyn Heights, Maryland. The dogs enjoyed doing tricks and dance routines as time allowed along the parade route. We gave a special performance at the grand stand with our dogs doing special tricks.
  • Fri. 05/06/11 ANIMAL VISITATION DAY with several of our Intermediate/Advanced trained, special therapy dogs at Children's Hospital (CNMC), Washington, DC, as part of the Volunteer Services: "Animal Visitation Program"
  • Sat. 05/07/11 INFORMATION TABLE and DEMO and SHOW featuring the Greenbelt Dog Training Special Therapy Dogs.  Our Intermediate/Advanced trained students and their special therapy dogs entertained children and adults at the GREENBELT PET EXPO, Greenbelt, MD. They demonstrated agility, obedience, fancy dog dancing and special fun tricks.  Members of Greenbelt Dog Training manned a booth at the Expo.

  • Date to be announced SCENTSATIONS MOCK COMPETITION CANINE FREESTYLE DANCE RECITAL was held at Collington Rehabilitation and Retirement Center in Bowie, MD with our Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Freestyle dog dancing teams demonstrating their routines.

  • Sat. 09/24/2011:  BURTONSVILLE DAY PARADE in Burtonsville, Maryland.  The dogs enjoy doing tricks and dance routines as time allows along the parade route and they are always a great hit with the crowd. We will give a special performance in front of the grand stand.

Our Intermediate/Advanced trained students and their special therapy dogs entertained children and adults in the Atrium and demonstrated, obedience, dog dancing by members of the canine freestyle dancing group the “ScentSations” and visited children in the hospital ward and in the atrium.

This parade will be broadcast LIVE ON TV, News Channel 8 and also on Thanksgiving morning!
